Bug fix report amended substituted type of change

Muhammed-Ali Demir requested to merge BugFix_ReportAmendedSubstituted_TypeOfChange into master

When a fresh ReportAmendedSubstituted was added and the TypeOfChange was set, the XML was invalid because of a line feed in the TypeOfChange. This should be fixed with this Change.
