tests unification

This is part of ticket #52 (closed)

Changes implemented:

• Simplification of the test files.
• Deprecation of skipped (fully unused) test cases.
• Integration of power operator test case. (math is broken)
• Unification of the test files
• Usage of Astral-uv for installation and test run
