feat(preview): add SaxonJSPreviewStrategy for XSLT 3.0 support

  • check if license is compatible with EUPL
  • add to credits
  • fix "[error] [BABEL] Note: The code generator has deoptimised the styling of /builds/d-ptb/dcc/gemimeg-tool/src/assets/saxon-js/SaxonJS2.js as it exceeds the max of 500KB."
  • remove old XSL strategy (or keep it as backup?)
