Make training script universal

• Debug carefully noneiv_train.py and eiv_train.py
• Translate training files in JSON files The easiest way to do this is probably to record a macro (seperately for EiV and non-EiV) and repeat this for all training files.

Thereafter,

• Remove old training files
• Read in data from command line
