Amend table documentation for Metadata

In tables-de.md (and tables-en.md) under "Metadaten, z.B. Konformitäts-Aussagen und Influence Conditions" tell the user about the option to use IDs/RefIDs to refer to Metadata in a list within a table. This is a work-around for the problem of "Die Elemente dcc:usedMethods, dcc:usedSoftware und dcc:measuringEquipments bieten nicht die Möglichkeit einer Listendarstellung, daher ist hier immer nur ein globaler, tabellenweit gültiger Eintrag möglich."
